Man this is like one of those big HUGE 1980's hangovers!! You know; the ones when for the first three or four hours you're afraid you're going to die. Then after that YOU'RE AFRAID YOU WON'T!!!

Well it seems like "OSTRICHGATE" is spinnin' WAY outta control. My part in it is done but Steve from Bravenet has picked up the ball and as usual is headed for the end zone. If you've missed it he posted BOTH pic's of his Avitar on the Bravenets Member page and is now running a week long VOTE as to which pic he's gonna keep. I tell ya I gotta cross the big rocks one day and meet this guy (and NO I'M NOT... but as Seinfeld would say "NOT that there's anything WRONG with that!") Methinks Steve and I could get into some SERIOUS trouble!!

Last time I checked the vote was about 75% in FAVOR of the "long neck" WITH the glasses. And Steve? I PROMISE I'll only vote ONCE A DAY! (Doesn't mean I WON'T do a little LOBBYING in the mean time)

So the skinny out of the ongoing meetings in N.Y. is that the upcoming N.H.L. "lockout/walkout" COULD last up to 24 months. 24 MONTHS????? Thats 14 freakin' dog years!!! Don't these people realize that if that happens ya might as well lock up the arenas and throw away the keys 'cause there ain't no WAY you're comin back from Karma that bad. Major League Baseball is STILL trying to recover fans from their little dispute that happened almost 10 years ago! Come ON boys...... give your BIG OLE HELMETS AND TOUPEE'S A SHAKE!

I realize I've kinda gotten away from the whole "MUSIC TRIVA" thing but with this CRANIAL MELTDOWN I'm going thru right now thinking straight is actually NOT one of the things I do best. (And that sentence proves it!) I promise once the grey matter congeals again and the lobotomy takes hold I'll get back to it!
